Former President Mohamed Nasheed has departed to Fuvahmulah today to participate in the 'Equatorial' meeting organized by the opposition Maldivian Democratic Party (MDP) scheduled to be held in the island tomorrow. 						An official of the MDP branch in Fuvahmulah revealed that Nasheed would inaugrate the camps to be opened in the island during his visit.
In addition, Nasheed would also participate in the anti-government protest to be held this evening calling for early presidential elections.
Official further said that a special rally has been organizaed for tonight where Nasheed would participate and address the party's supporters in the island.
During the visit to Fuvahmulah, the MDP MPs, prominent officials would discuss its manifesto for the next presidential election, official added.
