President Mohamed Waheed Hassan Manik has today appointed Dr Mariyam Shakeela as the Minister of the newly established Ministry of Environment and Energy. The presentation of the letter of appointment was held at the President’s Office today.
Before the presentation of the letter of appointment, Dr Shakeela took the oath of office before Supreme Court Judge Abdulla Areef.
